We're all so excited about the announcement of our WHA film premiere in Winnipeg on August 20. (See the main page at WHAhof for allt he details.)
The reunion at the event of the Jets "Hotline" -- Bobby Hull, Anders Hedberg and Ulf Nilsson -- was one of my greatest goals, and seeing it all come together will be so great for hockey fans, especially in Winnipeg. The fact that the WHA film premiere will be for the benefit of the Amadeus Steen Foundation makes it so more meaniniful, helping children in Winnipeg.
Other WHA stars will be coming to Winnipeg as well, from all over the world, and we'll share those details as they are confirmed.
One thing is clear -- this could be our greatest WHA-related event yet!
